How do I set up Screen Time permissions?
To use Cleo's app blocking features, you need to grant Screen Time permissions:
- Go to Settings → Screen Time
- Tap "Content & Privacy Restrictions"
- Enable restrictions and set a passcode
- Return to Cleo and follow the setup prompts
Why do I need to sign in?
Sign-in allows us to:
- Sync your app groups and settings across devices
- Provide personalized recommendations
- Track your focus session history
- Ensure your data is backed up and secure
How do I create a focus session?
Creating a focus session is easy:
- Tap the Focus tab in the main app
- Select apps to block during your session
- Choose your focus duration
- Set your focus context (Work, Study, etc.)
- Tap "Start Session" and stay focused!
What do the statistics show?
The Stats tab shows:
- Total focus time across all sessions
- Most blocked apps
- Focus session completion rate
- Daily and weekly focus trends
- Your most productive times
Can I use Cleo on multiple devices?
Yes! Cleo syncs your data across devices using your account. Your app groups, settings, and focus history are available on any device where you're signed in.
How do I reset my data?
To reset your Cleo data:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Tap "Reset All Settings"
- Confirm the reset
- Your app groups, sessions, and settings will be cleared
